The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, Unit for Eastern and Western Africa is inviting tenders concerning the evaluation of the Rural Water Supply and Environment Programme phase IV in Amhara region, Ethiopia.
The overall objective of the evaluation is to provide clear and concrete recommendations for improved quality of operations and increased impact to achieve institutional, financial, environmental, operational and social sustainability. The mission should also provide guidelines how these recommendations can be incorporated to the programme.
The Tender must be received by the Ministry not later than 28 January 2009 at 16.00 HRS (Finnish time)
